Description:
The following is what Lita's current owner wrote about this happy dog:

Everyone asks me about my pet wolf! She is so pretty. As a puppy the vet thought she was full blooded husky but as she has gotten older she thinks there is German shepherd in there too. Lita likes most other dogs, but doesn't get along well with dogs her same size or larger. I say that because she likes to be alpha dog and will assert herself, although she has never hurt another dog, or human for that matter. She loves attention. She loves to run and play, therefore she does best with a leash or in a fence. She learns quickly, although we have not worked with her like we should. She has been through two training classes, and has done well with them both, but since we don't work with her very often, she isn't as well-behaved as we would like. By well behaved I mean things like she just pulls too much on her leash and she gets a little excited and spastic if let off her leash. Loves kids, but plays rough, so she can be scary. Lita is great with our kids, who are 12, 8, and 4. At times she plays too rough and bowls them over. But never any malice or anything like that. She knows the sit and down commands pretty well and will usually do as told with those. Still has trouble with stay. As you can see, I am fond of her. We just have taken on too much and I want to be a good pet owner, and if that means finding her a home where she can be center of attention, then that will be great. I just want Lita to be happy.
